The service and staff were great! I wish I could remember the young man’s name…so sorry! Nonetheless, on January 4, 2025, I needed a new garage door opener put in on an existing door and he worked brilliantly to make sure I got a quality opener and efficiently to install it. The quality of his work and customer service was a huge and welcomed relief as I needed the work completed before a tenant arrived (within a couple of days of service) and I was in the hospital. The company’s prices were reasonable and their service was the best I’ve encountered. I can’t speak highly enough of this team and would highly recommend them for any garage door service you need.

I was able to get an appointment the same day to replace a badly worn garage door spring. The technician who came out was very kind and very knowledgeable. He examined the situation, made recommendations and was able to repair my door at that visit. The garage door runs much quieter and smoother now. I called for help when my car was trapped one day this week when we lost power. I was unable to lift the dead weight of the door and missed a doctor’s appointment. It’s a relief that I can easily lift the door myself again!

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.

Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. The garage was cleaned up and all I had to do was put things back in place. Definitely would use Precision Doors again.
